"How was your trip to Lake Fork?",

He asked casually, as if there were no hidden agenda in mind Rolling Eyes

Just sort of looking for a fishing report.. Lot's of 6 lbrs being caught at Fork now..I would not spit on a 6 lber...

Lou was there with Ruppert, Lous best was like 4.9.. Ruppert had one at 10 I think..

Not just everyone gets to boat a 11 lbr.. Smile Not everyone has access to my little green jig combo..

I am working on a fiberglass mount.. Anyone wanna chip in a little doe to help with that? If donations are made, once done I will not charge you admission to look at it... Razz

Tournament headquarters for this event will be at Camp Okoboji
1531 Edgewood drive, Milford IA.

Cabin : "Deuteronomy" is located in the South West corner of the resort.
Our reservation is for June 2 - 5. The cabin sleeps 12.
Checked in for a bunk so far I have: Utley, Clark, Pickle, Pipe, Merkley, Hovey, Moose, Wesphal, and Jim Collins.
If we fill with 12 the cost will be about $30.00 each for any one or all three nights.

Moose,

I'm tentatively planned to drive up Thursday and stay in the Cabin if rooms are still available. Whether I come up Thursday or Friday is depending on them approving my Friday off at work. Either way, plan on staying and doing some fishing Sunday depending on how the bite is going!

FIRST COME FIRST SERVE... At this time we have an open back seat in Dave Andersons boat for Okoboji weekend on 6/4/11. First to call or bump me here gets it.. If no reply by Tuesday next week Anderson said that he can fill it with a guest.... Get it while the getting is good...

Second deal: We need to save a floor level bunk or single bed at the cabin for Jim Collins. I told him at the meeting that we would save one for him.. So calling dibs on one for Jim...

Friday evening dinner: Steaks go into the fire at about 6 pm.. So if you plan to eat with us be there when they come off the fire... We are Not holding food back for anyone..

My plan is to leave Omaha early afternoon Thursday. can check in at cabin after 4 pm. At this time I have Solano and Pipe planning to ride up with me.. Anyone else needing assistance in lining up your ride give out a shout and we will try to organize something for as many as possable..

What have we decided about Green ring fry's at this one? They good or out lawed for this tournament?

I say we let the green punkin ring fries go for this one as legal. However, I'd like to motion to outlaw the little green jig (again), or any outfit that may or may not have been used to allegedly catch an 11#+ fish in Texas that may or may not have been named after a random aquaintence.

Thoughts?
