6:30 ??? Get to sleep in a bit... Razz
Spring reports were lots of nice big fat hungry bass hitting everything but ring fries... Hoping for a topwater bite.. Follow campfire around, cast in front of him...

Here are the ridiculous #’s from the woods late april tournament at Moz. 18.8lbs netting 5th place is just ridiculous. I wonder how many 3-4 lbers (18-19 inchers) were culled that day… oh, and beginning this year, these are 5 fish limits, not 6.

April 26, 2008 - Mozingo, MO - 33 boats

1st Place - Bob Blecha and Phil Hoock - 30.9 lbs - $686.56

Big Bass - 8.42 lbs - $660

2nd Place - Bill Costanzo and Paul Grasso - 19.94 lbs - $505.56

3rd Place - Brandon Caldwell and Tim Raney - 19.92 lbs - $343.28

4th Place - Clint Cochran and Dave Cochran - 19.68 lbs - $180.67

5th Place - Kevin Wharton and Mason Wharton - 18.84 lbs - $90.33

Hey Moose, maybe I'll just fish with you so you won't have to worry about following me around, or have to worry about long casts. Laughing If that doesn't work out, we always have the campfire to look forward to.

Speaking of campfires...that is Labor Day Weekend. So if you are planning to camp, better plan on getting to the lake plenty early on Friday.

"Hum" - does that mean you are working on a plan??? I hadn't realized it either - wonder what the options will be for this one - Maybe we could score a cell block at the prison for our group Smile

Sleep at the ramp! The city ramp has a super nice toilet,i think it has popouri in it,and it doesnt smell too bad after Father John pays a visit!

If I recall right the Park Ranger (Yogi Bears friend) ran somebody off of the ramp last year or something. Will it even be possible to get camping spots on Friday?

Just thinking how to best use the three day weekend! Maybe fish Mozingo Friday pm, Saturday. Come North to 12 mile or three mile for a day ??
Anyone thinking about getting a room in Maryville Friday ?

Are we going off the main boat ramp or them middle ramp? I think we typically go off the middle ramp due to it not being so steep.
